This lovely apartment is centrally located within a sought-after postcode in Cannes, making it the ideal holiday home for all things to do in the city, beach, and the surrounding areas full of breathtaking views. Walk down the street from the apartment and you'll be greeted by a plethora of local shops, all within a 5-minute walk.

This two bedroom, two-bathroom apartment accommodates up to six people. The south-facing apartment is 80 square metres in size, and the floor plan provides dual views, with one side overlooking the Cannes hills and the other overlooking the sea. You'll feel a sense of relaxation and rejuvenation in this apartment now that it's been newly renovated, as it flows from one room to the next. The renovation team knocked down a few walls, making the space light and airy.

The team designed the home to focus on the areas where you could spend the majority of your time, the front of the apartment is perfectly situated to enjoy the light that streams in and the views into Cannes and beyond by creating an open plan living, dining, and kitchen space. The large terrace, which was previously derelict, has now been transformed into an extension of the living space, with separate zones for lounging and dining.

Prior to the renovations, the apartment space was dedicated to corridors and circulation; by reducing this, they were able to create a laundry room, guest WC, and a second bathroom, allowing both bedrooms to have ensuite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a second terrace, and the guest bedroom can be arranged as a twin or a double to accommodate your guests.

The interiors of this apartment draws inspiration from the characteristic palette of the Cote’d ’Azur  - warm golden-hued neutrals, bright blues, olive greens and pastels shades - reminiscent of the mid-century glamour in which the region was cemented as a prime holiday destinations. Colours and furnishings draw directly on the period in which the building was constructed and the glamour of Cannes in the '60s & '70s.
