With kids growing up fast, time was of the essence for London-based Tom and Victoria who had been yearning to continue spending more moments away with friends and a large family. When a unique Resale opportunity appeared to buy shares in the Signature Collection, Cozzile, they felt it was fate and jumped on the opportunity to not waste precious time better spent with loved ones. Now, they spend time enjoying time in different picturesque locations as part of the August community. From the first visit to their Pollença Home in Mallorca, to enjoying their Cotswolds property, where we had the pleasure of speaking with them, Tom and Victoria have a wonderful co-ownership story to share.

In this video interview, set in their quintessentially British home in the Cotswolds village of Aldsworth, Tom and Victoria explain what prompted them to take the plunge with August via a Resale opportunity.

"It's just absolutely beautifully finished, but it was homely as well. There is attention to detail with everything, so you don't have to worry about anything. I've said before, it just felt like home straight away. I do love to get to know people and the locals, and then finding all these amazing restaurants and all these different water parks where you can do paddle-boarding and see wildlife, and I've found that the house really is just the right size." - Tom and Victoria
