Pied à Terre Collection

August design language with elements of Art Nouveau.

Resting on the third floor of a classical six-storey building dating back to 1879, this Pied À Terre underwent a meticulous renovation - a journey that combined the August design language with elements of Art Nouveau, and flashes of 70s flair. The apartment’s interiors were completely transformed to emphasise the organic - think soaring ceilings, wooden beams, picture windows and French doors - while amenities were all updated to create a home just as well suited to restful nights in as days exploring the city.

A stone’s throw away from the majestic Plaça de Catalunya - Barcelona’s beating heart - this addition to our Pied À Terre Collection finds home in the vibrant neighbourhood of Eixample. Chosen for its abundance of green spaces and proximity to Barcelona’s beach, the neighbourhood perfectly balances the energy of urban living with a laid-back community feel. While characterised by its open squares and notable landmarks, Eixample’s cobbled side-streets are home to a plethora of hidden gems; vermuto bars, market stalls, bookshops and boutiques, many of which fall under the tourist radar, reserved for August owners and locals alone.
