Casa da Rosa

Tactile surfaces, unique features accented with layers of modernity.

Built in 1915 and renovated by the previous owners in 2001, the August team wholeheartedly took cues from traditional Spanish townhouses to guide the design story of this already unique property. Now, it has been revitalised into a poetic space that echoes the artisanal landscape. A stone facade greets you at the entrance, as an introduction to the refreshed interiors.

About the neighbourhood

Nestled in a valley, the municipality of Artà has a rich history and artists have long gravitated to its alluring setting. Winding streets carry the liveliness of the municipality well. From exploring the local market on Calle Ciuta and Placa del Conqueridor on a sun-drenched Tuesday to sampling Es Taronger’s Cochinillo mallorquin con manzana al horno in cooler seasons, Artà makes a sublime year-round destination. For our Signature property it's almost Premium size so the size makes it really unique. The home’s layout also sets it apart. It used to be two homes, joined into one.‘The views change as you go through the house and that is quite special.
