That intentional process is what makes a Collection's community feel coherent rather than accidental – a circle of like-minded Homeowners with shared values, not only a set of beautiful homes.

Once a Collection is fully reserved, August sets up a dedicated real estate company for that Collection's homes alone, in which August holds no equity. Homeowners own it outright, in equal shares and with equal rights, so every member who joins does so on exactly the same terms as everyone who joined before them.

That's where community starts in practice – not with paperwork, but with intention, through becoming one of a small number of like-minded families who will share a Collection's homes year after year. This is where each member can connect with the other Homeowners in the Collection through a community board and book their stays.
