A bit further back from the French Riviera and not too far from our August home is Grasse, the perfume capital of the world. With a perfume history of over 3,000 years, this town is currently home to 30 of the world's leading perfume factories. There is plenty to see and do if you appreciate perfume including a must visit to the International Perfumery Museum (MIP). It is also located in the center of Grasse and retraces the history of perfume in its exceptional setting.Make sure to also visit the The "Bastide du Parfumeur", located just a few minutes away from our August home in Mouans Sartoux.
