On the third-floor bar of Louie London, gilded accents and curved couches create a cosy and luxurious ambience, while green tones and verdant elements accentuate the indoor-outdoor connection of the bar and the terrace. August’s design team highly approved of the sophisticated furnishings and it was a beautiful backdrop for connecting, sharing stories of Europe and sipping a little champagne together.

The first moments were filled with effervescent conversation; guests exchanged experiences of Europe, of their current beautiful Homes, and of the Collections they are eagerly anticipating too.

Welcoming The August Community

To punctuate the festivities, August co-founder, Mélie Dunod, took the mic for a moment to officially welcome our guests and express our gratitude to our Homeowners and the team, for making August the inspiring and welcoming community that it is.

Our Guest Speakers

Following the applause, Kirsten Meyr, August’s commercial director, welcomed two of August's Homeowners who kindly took to the stage to share their unique and genuine stories of co-ownership with August.

‍

Arlene, who is in the Pied À Terre Collection, Saint Germain, joined us from the United States. Arlene has three children and always dreamed of owning a home in Paris as a teenager, let alone co-owning five beautiful apartments in wonderful European locations.

Now Arlene enjoys Paris, Cannes, Barcelona (and soon Rome) often with her sister or friends, whenever the moment arises. We also heard from Pete who enjoys the serenity of the Signature Collection, Cozzile, along with his wife and their three children. Though both our speakers stories were truly unique, the same thread of joy echoed throughout.

An Evening To Remember
